In addition, Marmite's high content of Vitamin B1 could be highly beneficial for preventing cardiovascular disease. It is popular to eat Marmite spread paper thin on toast or to eat it paired with cheese or butter. Many people simply spread it on bread or crackers to add a zesty flavor.
