"The COOLEST Cooler:" Complete UnBoxing & Independent Review

So the Coolest Cooler finally arrived at my doorstep last week!!!! Quite honestly, I sat there scratching my head for a moment trying to figure out what in the world the big box sitting on my porch was, as it had been so long since I ordered my Coolest Cooler on the Kickstarter campaign... But it finally arrived, and it BLEW AWAY all of my expectations of what this "Coolest Cooler" can really do. To see the full independent blog review, on the Coolest Cooler click here: http://www.saltstrong.com/articles/the-coolest-cooler-review Here are the notes from my Independent Review of the Coolest Cooler (and make sure to watch the full video as I have some bonus footage from the day after the review including the LED light and how well the ice held up in the cooler overnight). Pros of the Coolest Cooler: It is definitely made well. My biggest concern was they were going to cut corners (aka costs) to speed up manufacturing, but they went above and beyond in terms of making everything sturdy and good looking. The battery and Bluetooth speaker came ready to go, so we were able to start using them right away (and didn't need any instructions as it was so easy to use). The fact that there is a working blender on the cooler is enough to buy it with none of the other features! Pretty sick! And I really loves the two magnets that they strategically placed on the cooler: One is below the bottle opener to make sure bottle tops stick, and the other is inside the speaker tray. The wheels did great in the soft sand, and the strap to both hold down things on the cooler (and just keep the lid shut while traveling) was a great touch. There was quite a bit of room in this cooler (55-quarts), and the separating panel that dubs as a cutting board was great. Finally, little things like the USB charger and LED lights in the cooler were over the top awesome. And the cooler did impressively well of keeping ice cold overnight (in hot Florida). Cons of the Coolest Cooler: The only con was that the cooler showed a lot of perspiration underneath after a few hours, and I had to really push the drain plug in hard to make sure no water leaked out. But all of the pros certainly outweigh the one small con that I found, and I can't wait to show this coolest cooler off around Florida.
