Best Pre Workout? | C4 vs Ghost Supplement Review

This is my review of a few pre workouts I have used. I compare C4 pre workouts to the Ghost pre workout and give you guys my honest opinion. At the end of the day it is personal preference and what fits in your lifestyle. No I am not saying you should take pre workout. It is not necessary to meet your goals what so ever.
