Carlton Blount and them Church Boys at Shockoe Whiskey and Wine

Shockoe Whiskey and Wine hosts Carlton Blount and them Church Boys which is comprised of several big names in jazz. Carlton Blount on vocals, played with the Main Ingredient and Otis William's Temptations. On bass is Carl Lester El who has been the musical director for Schante Moore, Will Downing, Gerald Albright and Grammy winner, Regina Bell. He also played with Ramsey Lewis on BET Jazz for several years. The pianist is JL Harris and their drummer is Alvin Sprat who plays bass for Mint Condition. Several of the members are from Richmond and met at St. Paul's Baptist Church.
