Those we Love don't go away, They walk beside us everyday, Unseen, unheard but always near, Still loved, still missed and very dear. Songwriter Randy VanWarmer wrote 'I Guess It Never Hurts To Hurt Sometimes' following the passing of his father, whom he never got to say goodbye to. It added another layer of grief but writing this song gave him a sense of peace and closure. I've performed this song at many Remembrance services over the years and was asked so many times to record it.
