What are the best supplements if you're eating one meal a day (OMAD)? BCAA? HMB? CREATINE? #supplements #omad #onemealaday
I take lots of supplements because, overall, people who do OMAD have kind of an electrolytic disadvantage, especially when it comes to sodium, potassium, and magnesium.
However, I do also take other supplements which I believe are great for building muscle and losing fat while doing OMAD.
