Russ Conway's Side Saddle

My utmost gratitude to the late Mike Thomson for his wonderful guidance and support in helping me learn one of my favourite piano pieces of Russ Conway's. I was very fortunate to become acquainted with Mike shortly before he very sadly passed away. Travelling down to London to see Mike, with a gettogether of tremendous Conway appreciators, where I was brought to the fore to attempt to play Side Saddle on Mike's Steinway grand. Thereafter, Mike helped me with technique and brought me forward. It was a true honour to meet you Mike and I hope that this tribute to you is alright and that it brings back some memories to its listeners! Here's to Mike, and Russ!
