Stellaris Devouring Swarm Tips & Advice 2.1 and beyond

Stellaris the game is on Steam, it's an amazing very long RTS in space game. It has easily become one of my favorite RTS and it keeps getting better. Devouring Swarm was recently added to Stellaris along with 2.0 which changed the entire gameplay and game, and so I noticed Youtube has no real Tips or Advice for Devouring Swarm play, so I made this one!
