All these items increase drop rates or increase chance of finding rare monsters. Enemies only drop Rare items as a reward and can't be stolen though Half-Inch. Haulellujah increases the chance of these rare items dropping. Other Useful Items that can be farmed in the area are: Seed of Defense, Pretty Betsy, Mini Medals, Uber Agate of Evolution, and more.
