Aloha all, This is one my favorite cleanses for people to start with Bacopa Monniere Ayurveda cold processed concentrated herb. One of the reasons being it is known to give you increased memory and better cognitive function. I like this cleanse because we all need to have clarity to make sure we are making the right decisions with clarity.
What I do is get double ''00'' vegetable caps and fill them up with the Bacopa. Pack them in the veggie caps good and always drink 20 ounces of water with them. Bacopa comes in a fine powder form but it has a lot of good highly nutritional resins in the herb so if it gets warm or moist sometimes it will get hard like a resin. This doesn't effect the herbs strength at all. Bacopa has a shelf life of many years. Bacopa is very bitter herb so make sure you use this the veggie caps.
If you have never done a intestinal cleanse then you always want to start with just 2-3 veggie caps in the morning for 3 three days or so and if you feel good then start to take 2-3 pills twice a day on an empty. If you think you are at the intermediate level meaning you have done cleaning before and you actually really watch what you eat then I recommend taking 2-3 pills twice a day for 2 weeks or so.
If I have difficulty with my bowel movements (constipation) with this cleanse then I use this drink to help get the intestine detoxing. Google Dr Robert Cassar, detox drink intestinal cleaning to help with unplugging the bowels.
In this video we also show you a great pro-biotic ''Tangerine Super Smoothie'' recipe to drink as a meal replacement. Bacopa as many of the herbs work best on an empty stomach from food but drink lots of water or a variety of fluids to help flush it through the intestines.
Check with you health practitioner always to make sure your fit to do this. This is a very effective easy way to clean a layer of dysfunction in the body. Bacopa is mainly used in Ayurveda medicine is to give cognitive enhancement and clarity to your mind. Dr. Oz said Bacopa Monnieri will make you smarter, enhance your memory, and help you focus better. Bacopa herb has also been used to ease stress and helps people to focus better in stressful situations. It does have a tranquilizing effect, but unlike sedatives (which dull the mind) Bacopa Monniera improves mental clarity, focus, and mood. Bacopa should be a cold processed concentrated form Earth Shift Products has this concentrated version of the herb.
