Yong Chavez talks to actor Nico Santos about his role in “Crazy Rich Asians,” and why it holds great significance for him as a gay Filipino immigrant. "I always thought that when I got into this industry that I was going to have to hide all that. That I was going to have to play down my Asian-ness and play down my queerness," Santos said. "But to be a part of not only Superstore, but also of this movie where not only am I included -- but I’m celebrated? It’s monumental."
