Carb Clean, Oil Change! Full Tune Up on a Big Red! PART 3 In Part 2, we cleaned the carb, but once it was installed back onto the 3 wheeler, we had an issue where, although it would idle fine, when you got on the throttle, it would sputter and shut off.
