Beef Tri Tip Recipe - How to Cook Tri Tip in the Oven and on the Stove

Hi! Today I will share with you the easiest and tastiest beef tri tip recipe. I will be using the reverse sear method to cook the rti tip - I will first sear it in the oven at 275 degrees F until the internal temperature is 130 degrees F. Then I fill sear the tri tip in a well preheated pan with olive oil for 45 seconds on each bottom and top side. And then I will sear the tri tip sides for about 20 seconds each side. Remember to take the tri tip out of the refrigerator about 1 hour and 30 minutes prior to cooking. And after you are done cooking the tri tip, let it rest for about 10 minutes prior to cutting it.
