Your Dreadlocs WILL Thicken Up! (Loc Tips)

Hey guysssss! Sooo this is my JULY, 2019 Loc Update and y’all can see how FAR my hair has come!!!!! I learned these few things THE HARD WAY during my Loc Journey: 1. DO NOT use Gel, Beez Wax, or “Loc Gel” for your Locs. Use light weight products such as Setting Foam and Spritz to hold the style. Heavy products will stick in your hair and make your hair look dirty over time. 2. STOP Comparing your hair to OTHER PEOPLE’S hair! Everyone’s hair is a different Texture, Density, and Curl Pattern. Your hair will NOT look like Sally Sue’s..it will look even BETTER if you just be patient and let it lock! 3. EMBRACE THE FRIZZ! When your hair frizzes up, it is “Budding,” meaning it is literally going through the loc process that Mother Nature intended. SHE SMART..she knows what she’s doing. 4. DO NOT put your hair in rubber bands or ponytails while it’s still wet or still locking. THIS WILL BREAK YOUR HAIR AND THIN YOUR LOCS OUT. (This happened to me)
