Only Stainless steel made honeycomb filters are approved by the Building Code of Australia and New Zealand, as they must also act as a flame barrier. 3- Air flows through the exhaust duct. 4- EK-series electrostatic precipitators filtering fine particles of grease and smoke to point zero one microns. (0. 01) 5- OZ-O3 series ozone generator, injecting ozone into the exhaust duct, as close as possible to the hood. Ozone destroys grease and odours by oxidation. 6- Aerovent, in-line centrifugal fan quiet and powerful. 7- Exhaust cleaned air at street or roof level. 8- Remote Monitor indicating the filtration system status 9- EK series electrostatic precipitator auto-wash section is connected to the hot water. Dirty water connected to a grease trap. Auto-wash activation manual or by timer when kitchen is closed.
