She says she started writing her children's book series 'Lightning Girl' because she wanted to make sure her daughter had a character she could identify with and encourage children to be different. Her latest book in the series 'Lightning Girl 3: Secret Supervillain is out now and Alesha says her next goal is to make it into an animated movie or TV series.
