Sonim XP8 update! (my Sonim experience)

Just giving everyone a heads up that my Sonim is finally coming back after a 2 week + hiatus. My charging port was starting to bug me so I sent it in to be fixed. I was starting to get impatient but Sonim came through while I was out making this video telling me the repair had been made and the phone was coming back. My overall experience was positive as I was able to reach out and speak with Sonim over Facebook and they helped me get back on my feet!
