If Icon Collective sounds familiar to you, it’s because the school has fostered some amazing talent such as Slander, NGHTMRE, Prototype and LUMBER JVCK. The song has a heavy reggae/reggaeton influence which Koozblah attributes to his time spent in Costa Rica and from falling in love with the culture and rhythms of the Caribbean. In addition to the reggae, Koozblah incorporated elements of some heavier genres in the song – nasty growls of dubstep, the hats, snares and breaks of trap and the rhythm and lasers or moobahton. The combination of all these genres makes for a dope song you’ll definitely want to light one up to. FUN FACT: Koozblah started writing that song while harvesting his first marijuana plant, talk about inspiration.
