Troy Johnson - The Way It Is (Remix)

Troy Johnson, who is from Los Angeles, is a former R&B singer and is a current minister who leads a church in Carlsbad, California. He started out in the 1980s recording the song, 'I Must Be Doing Something Right' from the Blame It On Rio movie soundtrack in 1984. Johnson released his first album, Getting A Grip On Love in 1986 for Motown Records, and had the singles 'It's You' and 'Trouble' (not on the album). The album was produced by Leon Sylvers III. Johnson released a second album in 1989, The Way It Is, which had the singles: 'The Way It Is', 'Virgin Girl', and 'Change'. He has since went into gospel music and the ministry and recorded two albums.
