JUDY GARLAND You Belong To Me 1952 originally sung by Jo Stafford
On October 30, 1952, while over eight months pregnant with her daughter Lorna, Judy Garland stepped in at the last minute for an indisposed Bing Crosby and hosted his radio show. Judy sparkled throughout the show, singing well, and having a lot of laughs with Ken Carpenter. Since Judy was pregnant, and everything was so last minute, the produces decided to forgo an audience, leaving the show with a nice and intimate late night feel to it. Judy sang old favorites, as well as a few new songs, including this one, a recent pop hit for Joe Stafford, You Belong To Me.
