Rwandan Striker Issa Bigirimana proposes his girlfriend in controversial dress

Rwandan striker Issa Bigirimana who signed Tanzania’s Yanga Africans from Rwanda’s APR FC proposes to his girlfriend Carine and asked her to be his wife. Carine was in a white dotted dress, which attracted much controversy into the Rwandan conservatives who criticized Carine’s dress to not fit the Rwandan lady outfit who is about to become a wife.
