Stinchcomb, A geologic tour of route 66. St. Louis area and introduction

A 1950's tour of U S route 66 with a geologic focus by B. L. Stinchcomb. This video starts with the St. Louis area then goes west of it across the Ozark Uplift. As one go southwest of the St. Louis area, the rock layers get progressively older until Cambrian age rocks are encountered around Sullivan Missouri.
