Creditors besiege Libyan embassy

http://www.ntvuganda.co.ug The Libyan Embassy, situated in the leafy Kololo suburbs of Kampala was today under siege by a group who claimed the Libyan Government owed them money for services rendered. The group is demanding payment of at least 300-thousand dollars, approximately 672-trillion Uganda Shillings, they allege they are owed by the Embassy.
