Jimmy Gilmer and the Fireballs, featuring original member George Tomsco on lead guitar, perform "Sugar Shack," the group's 1963 Billboard song of the year, in Santa Fe, New Mexico on August 28, 2018. The performance was the Fireballs' first on Santa Fe's historic downtown plaza, and took place a little more than six decades after the New Mexico group was founded in Raton.
