New York, NY (Top40 Charts / Burlesque Idol) Burlesque Idol - Created to help support emerging talent, Burlesque Idol is a high-energy and deliciously entertaining evening, jam packed with talent, humor and audience participation. Started by Lola LaBelle in 2010 it has been running in London successfully for the last 5 years, toured to sold-out crowds across Australia this summer, and this coming Thursday is having its debut USA grand finale!

Featuring a line-up of monthly winners from shows in New York City and Boston, as well as a panel of international judges that include Tempest Rose (Producer of Burlesque Idol UK and Owner of the House of Burlesque Ltd., Europe's most prominent cabaret company, www.HouseofBurlesque.co.uk), Shien Lee (Owner, Dances of Vice, www.ShienLee.com), and Lola LaBelle ("The new Queen of Burlesque" -Varese News, www.LolaLaBelle.com), Burlesque Idol gives the audience the chance to vote for their favorite performer to win over $2,000 worth of prizes in this cheeky, extravagant, over the top burlesque extravaganza.

The show includes a best-dressed competition, $1 raffle with over $300 in prizes, and two hours of award-winning, show-stopping burlesque entertainment.
