Carly Rae Jepsen Sets A Date For New Album E·MO·TION

New York, NY (Top40 Charts) It's safe to say we've all been obsessed with Carly Rae Jepsen ever since she took over the radio in 2012 with one of our all time fave girl anthems, "Call Me Maybe." Since then, Jepsen has been busy working on her follow up album, E·MO·TION, which is out June 24, 2015. She's already dropped her first single off the album, "I Really Like You," which we're already loving. (Mostly due to the insane catchiness of the song… but Tom Hanks in the music video doesn't hurt either.)

While we wait for her full album to drop, we've got an exclusive look behind the scenes with Jepsen on her album cover shoot for E·MO·TION!



"This was an incredible relaxed and fun shoot. My fave outfit was the Valentino sweater paired with tights to hint at my love for Edie Sedgwick. It ended up being the cover choice," said Jepsen of the video shoot.

It looks like everyone had an awesome time! We love seeing Jepsen rocking throwback 60's vibes on the photo shoot. The combination of the outfit styling with her new hair is pretty killer.

Jepsen has also recently launched the I Really Like You Experience which is a crazy cool way to connect with people you "really like". You can select someone that you like via your Instagram. (Um… hello, IG crushes!) If they like you too, you will each receive a text notification to go to the site to click through to find out who really likes you! So cute! Plus, it eliminates all the awkwardness of telling your crush you're digging him IRL.
