Orlando Loading Dock Worker & Connecticut School Of Broadcasting Student, Gets Christmas Wish Granted Early!
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) A recent Connecticut School of Broadcasting/Orlando graduate won't be working his day job on the loading docks at JC Penny this holiday season. Josh Lyons was just hired as a Production Assistant/Board Operator/Voiceover Talent for 103.1 The Wolf, a top country station in Orlando.

Connecticut School of Broadcasting/Orlando's Director Shayna King isn't surprised by Josh's quick success story at all, "Josh is a really great example of what we call "P.A.W" (Passion, Attitude & Work Ethic). He was the first person to arrive each day and the last to leave. He hungered to learn every aspect of broadcasting and always had a big smile on his face. Josh was born to be in radio - he just needed someone to give him a chance, teach him the skills, and guide him to the opportunity." However Josh himself is still somewhat in awe, "I didn't think I'd be at a radio station - let alone this quickly - so it's a surreal moment when I'm realizing I'm doing what I always wanted to do. I hope one day to give back and return to the Connecticut School of Broadcasting to teach a few classes to students who are like I was, and want to be where I am lucky enough to be now."

The Connecticut School of Broadcasting is the Nation's largest group of Broadcast Media Schools with campus locations in CT, MA, NJ, NY, NC, GA and FL. Call 1-800-TV-Radio or https://www.gocsb.com
