Redfoo Premieres "Lights Out" Music Video Starring Emma Slater From ABC's "Dancing With The Stars"
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Today Grammy-nominated recording artist and King of Party Rock, Redfoo has released his latest music video, Lights Out, in VR and 360 video on Littlstar, the premier global network dedicated to immersive virtual reality and 360 video. Redfoo once again teamed up with his favorite director, Mickey Finnegan, who shot the video on a Headcase VR rig. The Lights Out VR experience will immerse fans in the story of how Redfoo goes back in time in order to change the future and get the girl, who is played by Emma Slater from ABCs Dancing With The Stars.

Ever since the technology came out and I put my first headset on, I was amazed at the future of creative expression, and I started dreaming of how I could do my next video in VR, said Redfoo. I wanted to step up to the challenge, as a content creator. I wanted to challenge myself to figure out how to make something in VR.

Redfoo, the creative force behind electronic pop-rock duo LMFAO, was an integral part of the storyline of the video and the VR production. Lights Out comes from Redfoos debut solo album, PARTY ROCK MANSION that was released in March. The majority of the tracks were written and produced by Redfoo, who recorded them in his Party Rock Mansion studios in Hollywood. Its really exciting to see an artist that is just as passionate about the technology of a video, as he is about the music, storytelling and performance. Redfoo truly understands not only how to produce an awesome music video in virtual reality, but also how to tell a compelling and immersive story in the medium, said Matthew Collado, co-founder and Chief Content Officer at Littlstar. We are proud to be premiering Lights Out on Littlstar and working with artists like Redfoo to push the music industry and VR world forward.

Fans can experience Lights Out in 360 and VR through Littlstars apps for the web, iOS, Android, VR headsets and Apple TV.

Redfoo continues to redefine the boundaries of contemporary pop music with his solo album debut, Party Rock Mansion, which was released on March 18. The album promptly debuted at No. 8 on Billboards Top Dance/Electronic Albums, and has gone platinum in Korea. Party Rock Mansion will be available on limited edition animal print vinyl worldwide on July 15. Be sure to check out Redfoo.tv for Redfoo's live streams and tour dates!
