Rock N Roll Is Not Rocket Science, Or Maybe It Is For Nashville Rock Band Edge Of Free
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Edge Of Free, the acoustic hard rock band from Nashville, TN, has released its debut self-titled studio album via Digitally Sound Records. The album was produced by Toby Wright (Alice In Chains, Korn, Tantric, Metallica) and is an intimate collection of honest songs powered by guitarist John Hussey's dynamic music and singer Scott Sneddon's dark melodies, soaring choruses, and gut wrenching lyrics about depression, drug addiction and recovery.

They say rock and roll is not rocket science but for Edge Of Free vocalist Scott Sneddon, that is only partially true. Scott's day gig is in fact , Rocket Science! Scott is employed as a key staff flight systems electrical systems engineer at The Jet Propulsion Laboratory, commonly referred to as JPL. JPL is a federally funded research and development center and NASA field center in La Canada Flintridge, California and Pasadena, California. https://www.jpl.nasa.gov/

Sneddon was one of a few people who out of the thousands involved with Curiosity, better known as the Mars Science Laboratory to actually have physical contact with the craft which was launched by NASA to Mars on November 26, 2011 and successfully landed on August 6, 2012. https://mars.nasa.gov/msl/
The hard rocking engineer can be seen in the photo above in his "clean room" suit along with his fellow JPL engineers.
The band's first single "Pony" is at radio now and the video for the song can be viewed at this location: https://tinyurl.com/n947te9.
