Brother Sundance Featured As Apple Music New Artist Of The Week
New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Brother Sundance) Apple Music selects Brother Sundance as their New Artist of the Week. The New Artist of the Week program features up-and-coming artists, editorially selected by Apple Music. Brother Sundance's find debut EP here: https://www.applemusic.com/NewArtistoftheWeek.
"I'm honored to have been selected New Artist Of The Week by Apple Music. Their commitment to giving new independent artists a chance to be heard, in a big way, is unparalleled. - Brother Sundance

Brother Sundance, 18, was raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. At age two, he was drumming in a way that convinced his father, a professional South Florida drummer, that he had a musical prodigy on his hands. What started as playtime quickly became a passion as he taught himself to drum his favorite songs, play guitar and piano.
"In my freshman year, I picked up a guitar and that was it… From that point forward, all I could do was music. - Brother Sundance

At 16, Brother Sundance formed a punk band, Wallace, cultivating an underground teen audience. After recording a record with Wallace, that was less than satisfying, Brother Sundance decided to start over, concentrating on his voice and choosing the piano as his songwriting instrument of choice.

Out of this period came HONEY, his first EP, containing songs he wrote and recorded in his bedroom on his computer. Brother Sundance finished the record at Miami's famed Criteria Studios with engineer Marc Lee (Nine Inch Nails, The Bob Marley Family).

HONEY is a five-song EP, including tracks "Monsters", "Blind", "You & Me", "The Hurt" and "Bad Love".
"Blind" has received over one million streams to date on Apple Music worldwide.

Brother Sundance will be appearing at:
Radio 104.5 Endless Summer Show at Xfinity Live in Philadelphia, September 16th with Dirty Heads, Biffy Clyro, New Politics and more. https://radio1045.iheart.com

Riptide Music Festival at Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL, December 2nd with Cage the Elephant, Weezer, Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness, Portugal. The Man, Saint Motel, Mondo Cozmo and more. https://www.1043theshark.com
