Gucci Mane's 'Mr. Davis' Debuts At No 2 On Billboard Albums Chart
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Billboard reports that Mr. Davis debuted at No 2 on their Hot 200 albums chart, moving 70,000 equivalent album units in its first week of release. Gucci's latest effort moved 21,000 traditional album units and 46,000 streaming equivalent album units (it was streamed 67 million times last week). Mr. Davis ties Gucci's 2016 effort, Everybody Looking, as his highest-charting album on the Billboard 200 chart. Only Pink's newest album, Beautiful Trauma, outperformed Gucci's newest project this week.

Mane's success was largely powered by streaming, garnering 46,000 streaming equivalent album units. "My fans made #MrDavis number1 rap album," tweeted La Flare, who also claims the top spot on the Rap Albums chart.
Mr. Davis marks Guwop's fourth album to reach the top 10 on the Billboard 200 and 19th charting album overall.

Pink takes the top spot this week with Beautiful Trauma. Featuring the Eminem-assisted "Revenge," the album marks the biggest debut of the year among female artists.

Elsewhere on the chart, Post Malone's Stoney remains at No. 4, while Lil Uzi Vert's Luv Is Rage 2 jumps 7-5. A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie's The Bigger Artist dips 6-8, Ed Sheeran's ÷ jumps 10-6, and Lil Pump's self-titled LP falls 3-9.
