LOS ANGELES (Epic Records) - Epic artist Miranda Lambert will be featured in Guy Gilchrist's popular comic strip, "Nancy", on March 11. In the strip, Aunt Fritzi will be wearing a t-shirt with Miranda's name on the front, and she will be reading a book called Cadillac Ranch - a club where Miranda will be performing for WWYZ-FM's annual St. Jude Radiothon on March 10.
"I wanted to do something to say 'thank you' to Miranda for coming up here and supporting St. Jude," said long-time country music fan Gilchrist who has promoted numerous country artists in "Nancy".
Guy will be bringing 10 copies of the strip, which he and Miranda will autograph and auction off for St. Jude.
