SANTA MONICA, CA. (Geffen Records) - The music featured on NBC's The Contender is "Fired Up" and "Put 'em Down" by HUSH.
HUSH's debut Album, BULLETPROOF, features production by Eminem and guest appearances by D12, Eminem, Talib Kweli, Nate Dogg, and Phil Campbell of Motorhead.

The Contender is a Mark Burnett (Survivor, the Apprentice), Sylvester Stallone boxing reality show. Featuring Sugar Ray Leonard and Detroit?s own Jackie Kallen portrayed by Meg Ryan in the film 'Against The Ropes', this show follows 16 professional boxers as they come to a training camp to follow their dream of becoming a champion boxer.
The final two boxers will fight live at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on May 24th for one-million dollars and the chance to change their lives and the lives of the people they love forever. No staged fights here, HUSH will be heard every week supplying background music for each show.
