Born and raised in BC's Okanagan Valley, coming from a musical family with a grandfather who played with Johnny Cash, and having been encouraged to write music from a very young age, Melissa's lyrics and melodies have inspired listeners from the Calgary Stampede to the Merritt Mountain Music Festival.Melissa remains Vancouver's newest musical sensation and continues to attract the attention of the media and audiences throughout British Columbia.
