New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Avery Stafford Official Website) - R&B/Contemporary Gospel artist Avery Stafford is now in the final stage of production for his 6th studio album entitled 'End of Five. ' Internet previews of this music have sparked a provocative question, which is sending grassroots audiences buzzing:

The days when major labels controlled all of the music produced for the marketplace are long gone. The Internet has revolutionized INDIE artists' ability to get their music heard by potentially thousands of people every single day. For the foundation of a great album is not the corporate machine known as record labels. The true foundation of a great album is great songs. And great songs always start with compelling life experiences. 'End of Five' is an R&B/Pop/Gospel mixture produced by internationally renowned saxophonist Eddie M. (Sheila E., Prince and the Revolution, Eric Benet, Stevie Nicks). Added to this flavor are the song production and vocals of CCM/R&B artist Jon Gibson (CCM Magazine Album of the Year, 9 Number One Hits, 22 Top Five Hits). Further crafting this music is the mixing genius of Nashville's own Russ Long (DC Talk, Miley Cyrus, Michael W. Smith, Dolly Parton, Newsboys). Stafford's new album also boasts of guest musical appearances from Adam Nitti (tour bassist for Steven Curtis Chapman), Steve Maxwell (former vocalist for Acappella), Troy Welstad (keyboard/organs for Pink, Hilary Duff), Ken Harrill (Greg Phillinganes, Patti Austin, Dennis Chambers, Neil Young, Tony Lindsay), and several others. To round everything off, Avery contributes eleven original compositions and his award winning vocals to this album. All the elements are in place for 'End of Five' to be an extraordinary musical achievement.

Avery Stafford is a two time nominee for the Los Angeles International Music Awards (2006). His songwriting earned him a March 2007 win and two runner-up recognitions in the Song of the Year International Songwriting Competition. He is the 2008 Pure Gospo Live Awards Male Vocalist of the Year. And the very prestigious Billboard World Song Contest awarded Stafford an Honorable Mention in 2009.
Avery's last album 'Undignified' was released in 2005 and received critical acclaim both in the US and internationally. 'End of Five' will target an 18-35 European market to begin, as Stafford anticipates a Fall 2010 release.
