New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Russell Leonce Official Website) - Russell Leonce's debut album 'Culture of Love', captured three (3) awards at the recently held Caribbean Gospel Music Marlin Awards in Nassau, Bahamas. The Awards garnered were: Contemporary Vocal Performance of the Year - Male for 'L.I.V.E', Adapted Contemporary Recording of the Year for 'Smile' which features Vanessa Briggs and Antus Keith, and Packaging of the Year for the Album. The Marlin Awards are designed to honor outstanding achievement in Caribbean Gospel Music. The Awards was the final event during Marlin Weekend 2010 which was held from October 28 - 30th and which featured the Marlin Summit, Marlin Industry Workshops & Luncheon, Marlin Fest, and the Caribbean Gospel Music Marlin Awards. Since its release in March 2009, Culture of Love has been gaining awards and recognition. In January 2010, the Album was the winner of the Gospel Category in the Independent Music Awards and in July, won the Vox Pop Poll Award in the same category.
