Jason Reeves Shares MySpace Number One, Two And Three Positions

NASHVILLE, TN. (Top40 Charts/ Audio Crush PR) - Singer-songwriter Jason Reeves has come from nowhere (well, Iowa) to suddenly having his songs reach Number One on MySpace, thanks to his close association with fellow singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat. Reeves writes, plays guitar and sings on many of the tracks that have helped propel Caillat to the Number One unsigned artist position on MySpace. In addition, Caillat's page, Reeves' page and the page the two have together featuring further collaborations, have reached Numbers One, Two and Three, respectively, on the MySpace Top Folk Chart (unsigned).

These are incredible achievements for the 22 year-old Reeves, who left his native Iowa for Los Angeles barely six months ago to pursue his music career full time. His songs of love, hope, heartbreak and renewal have clearly struck a chord with listeners, yet he still remains largely undiscovered…for now. The brand new Reeves/Caillat composition, "Realize," has gotten an incredible 200,000 plays, just a few days after being posted. Reeves' own album, "Hearts Are Magnets," is beginning to catch fire, thanks to his increased exposure, which will expand to include an appearance on Last Call With Carson Daly, alongside Caillat, scheduled to air Wednesday, February 7, on NBC.
