Tina Turner's Kenny Moore: First Time Release To A Worldwide Audience
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Tina Turner's Kenny Moore. The long lost and finally found solo tapes !
Kenny Moore was a lovely person and radiated a warmth and generosity that is rare these days. He was a fantastic piano player and his roots were in gospel music. I worked with him in Lausanne Switzerland during the mid 80's, and that is where and when we produced the present tracks.

Kenny was one of the main essences of Tina Turner's concerts.

Billboard says: Your presence lit up our lives, your personality, your singing and playing will be impossible to replace. We all miss you and love you and will remember you always as"The Ambassador of the Tina Turner Band."

Kenny was born in Sumter (South Carolina) in 2nd April 1951, at the early age of 4 he starts playing piano. His firs music school was listening to his mother and aunt playing the piano. Before his 5th birthday he starts playing in the Church of Rev. James Cleveland.
In 1973 he works in a special program entitled "We love you madly" for Duke Ellington and records a song with Carly Simon.
In 1976 composes and makes a soundtrack, "Pipe Dreams" for Gladys Night and The Pips and plays in "I will susvive" touring with the band in USA and England.

Back in the USA he works with Billy Dee Wiliamsfor playing in a play about Martin Luther King, being the only musician in the show.
In Los Angeles he plays with Elton John at the Doger Stadium. He also works in recordings for Arlo Guthrie.
In 1977 he joins Tina Turner in her tours and recordings, he also tours South America with Billy Preston, recording his album "A Whole New Thing".

For Aretha Franklin he writes "Love me for ever", and creates with Bob Dylan the melody of "The lady with the red dress on".
In New Jersey he joins Tina Turner, The Rolling Stones and Lionel Richie for the 1984-1985 .
From 1985, Kenny had been performing on his own in Europe, and writing songs for Patti LaBelle and Dave Koz. He has played on Carole King's album, "Tapestry Revisited".

During his European Solo tours, he met Enki Anuna, and started together a production company with the goal to record and release solo albums.
