'BTS World Tour Love Yourself In Seoul' One Day Screening Breaks $2.8m At The Box Office
New York, NY (Top40 Charts) BTS supergroup's mega-hit "BTS WORLD TOUR LOVE YOURSELF IN SEOUL" tour event grossed over $2.8 million at the domestic box office on Saturday, January 26, in over 1000 movie theaters nationwide; making this event the highest one-day gross for a music event for Fathom and for the event cinema industry in North America. The event was No. 5 at the box office and had the highest per screen average.

Due to unprecedented demand two additional showings have been added on Saturday, February 9 and Sunday, February 10 both at 11:00 a.m. (local time). Tickets for "BTS WORLD TOUR LOVE YOURSELF IN SEOUL" encores are expected to be available online at www.FathomEvents.com or LoveYourselfinSeoul.Film and at participating theater box offices on Thursday, January 31. Movie theaters are setting up online ticketing on a rolling basis. Please check back often.

"There is a passionate BTS fan base and nearly 200,000 attendees came together to experience this larger than life concert," Fathom Events CEO Ray Nutt said. "The box office grosses generated by Fathom and event cinema releases this month showcase how the industry is growing quickly and becoming a mainstream entertainment option for fans."
