NEW YORK (DS Website) - Teen pop group Dream Street has finished work on The Biggest Fan, an independent film tentatively set for U.S. release in the spring. The movie will be accompanied by a soundtrack of new music from the boy band, whose members are all between 14- and 16-years-of-age.������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������

The Biggest Fan was shot in Los Angeles in early December, and includes a live Dream Street concert at the Wiltern Theatre. The film is described as a take on the Beatles' A Hard Day's Night and stars Dream Streeter Chris Trousdale as himself.

The plot goes like this: The group's self-proclaimed biggest fan, played by Kaila Amariah, finds herself face-to-face with Trousdale, who has turned up missing from a big Dream Street concert, which presumably sends his bandmates into hilarious panic.

Dream Street songs expected on the soundtrack, due tentatively March 25 on Edel Entertainment, include the new cuts "With All My Heart," "Miss You" (an updated version of "I Say Yeah," from the group's self-titled Gold-certified debut album), and one more unrevealed tune. Other artists on the album include Jamie-Lynn Sigler, rubyblue, Myra, Shanelle, Da Buzz, and 3rd Faze.

The film ?- produced and directed by Michael Criscione and Michael Meyer -- also features former sitcom stars Cindy Williams (Laverne & Shirley), Pat Morita (Happy Days), and Richard Moll (Night Court).
