(Top40 Charts/ AMG Entertainment) - AMG Entertainment, Inc., one of the industry's fastest growing record labels, announced today that it has signed a joint venture letter of agreement to create a new music company with award-winning hit producer and songwriter Marti Frederiksen and seasoned music attorney and entrepreneur Eric Galen.
Mr. Frederiksen has been in the music industry for over 25 years, having co-written and produced hits such as Aerosmith's 'Jaded', Buckcherry's 'Sorry,' and many others. He will also join AMG as Executive Vice President and serve on its Advisory Board. Eric Galen, has focused on music and new media for over a decade while working in several of the nation's top law firms, serving as an executive with Internet music companies, and assisting producers and record labels with artist development, business and legal affairs, Internet strategies and new business models.
