New York (Top40 Charts/ Destination Concerts) - Veteran New Orleans rockers, The Radiators, will host their first Jamaican Fan Jam at the all-inclusive Breezes Grand Negril Hotel & Spa from January 20-23, 2010.
Singer-songwriter Jackie Greene will be the Rads' special guest and will be performing both solo and with The Radiators.
Truly a unique American rock n' roll story, The Radiators formed during a jam session in keyboard player/vocalist Ed Volker's garage in 1978. The band has remained together for close to 32 years and still features the same 5 original members: Dave Malone (guitar, vocals), Reggie Scanlan (bass), Camile Baudoin (guitar), Frank Bua, Jr. (drums) and Volker who is also the band's chief songwriter.

The Radiators have recently released 2 CDs, Wild & Free (a 2 CD retrospective) and The Lost Southlake Sessions which features tracks recently unearthed that were recorded in the mid-90's during the band's commercial peak.

Greene, who released his first CD in 2002 has been a fixture on the Americana music scene, as a member of Phil Lesh & Friends, as well as fronting his own group. He recently finished a tour opening for Gov't Mule in which he sat in with the band on a nightly basis.

The three day trip will feature 3 full concerts on the beach, as well as many intimate band events, including 'Doin the Jerk' - a special acoustic performance with The Bayou Brothers (Camille and Dave) and 'Fisheads out of Water' an interactive bass and drum clinic with Reggie and Frank. In addition, the package includes hotel room accommodations, all meals & beverages, a choice of 6 restaurants, tennis, scuba, non-motorized water sports and much more.
