New York, NY (Top40 Charts) Today, Vevo is proud to release two brand new exclusive live performances from New Orleans R&B crooner Lucky Daye. As the latest signee to Keep Cool/RCA Records (Bryson Tiller, Khalid, SZA), Lucky Daye brings a more diverse sound to R&B with his soulful and funky debut EP, I, that features standout tracks "Roll Some Mo" and "Concentrate."

Check out a seductively intimate live performance of the smooth "Concentrate" and lead single "Roll Some Mo" which received critical acclaim from Rolling Stone, Essence, The Fader and more and has garnered over 4 Million Spotify plays as it lands on their most prestigious R&B playlists.

HipHopDX said "Roll Some Mo," finds a sultry smooth melody carving out atmospheric lyrics that highlight the pure side of R&B."While SoulTracks calls Lucky Daye "a gifted singer and songwriter."

Born and raised in New Orleans, Daye spent his formative years in a religious cult with his mother, teaching himself melodies through Bible Verses and Dr. Seuss rhymes. After fleeing the group and finally being introduced to secular music, his life in Louisiana was fully washed away by Hurricane Katrina, forcing a move to Texas. Daye made his way to Atlanta and Los Angeles to pursue a career in music, signing to Keep Cool/RCA Records. "Roll Some Mo" and "Concentrate" are off of Lucky Daye's 2018 I EP.
Lead single "Roll Some Mo", written with D'Mile, is described by Rolling Stone as a "slippery, string-slathered funk number," while HotNewHipHop praises the tracks "myriad of enchanting strings and addictive bass lines." Catch Lucky Daye touring the US with Ella Mai this spring, and keep up with exclusive content from artists all over the world on youtube.com/vevo.
