Noel Gallagher Announces 2012 UK & Ireland Arena Tour

LONDON, UK (Top40 Charts) Former Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher will play seven dates across the UK and Ireland, kicking off at Manchester's MEN Arena on 13 February. He will also play Belfast, Dublin, Newcastle, Glasgow and London, before finishing up in Birmingham on 1 March.

Noel was spotted celebrating in Dublin last night. Kicking off his first solo tour in the city, the 44-year-old had learnt that his album 'Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds' had entered the UK charts at Number One.

Noel announced in July that he intended to release two solo albums. The follow up, an 18-track collaboration with Amorphous Androgynous would be more "out there" and will be released in 2012, he said.
