New York, NY (TOP40 Charts/ Steve Cooke) -- Settled in the small 100 seater theater at Park la Brea in Hollywood Steve Cooke is presenting a live and unplugged musical experience. What makes Steve Cooke so special is not just his interpretation of the blues -- it is how he incorporates mythology, mysticism (especially in his song New Life), and a variety of other genres (most notably British folk and Downunder Rock) -- into his sound. Unlike many other artists, Steve Cooke is going back to the old formula of crafting songs that give the listener an experience and yes, of course a radio hit here and there like his popular award winning song Working for the USA.
His influences incorporate the down under flavor together with British Rock and Americana sounds.
Steve Cookes unique 12 string guitar style and very distinctive Celtic looks give him the edge in the modern plastic pop environment.
