Dillon Hart Francis (born October 5, 1987) is an American music producer and DJ.
Francis was born in Los Angeles, California.
On March 22, 2014 Francis announced via his official Twitter account that his debut album, entitled "Money Sucks, Friends Rule", will be released on October 28, 2014 on Mad Decent and Columbia Records. In August, Dillon released his second single off of the album, which was a collaboration with Sultan & Ned Shepard featuring The Chain Gang of 1974. Beginning in February 2014, Francis will embark on the Friends Rule Tour supporting his debut album. Dates for the tour are booked through January 16, 2015 in 18 different cities across the United States.

Sultan and Ned Shepard (stylized as Sultan + Ned Shepard) are a Canadian electronic music duo who frequently collaborate in record production, songwriting, and remixing.
Sultan was born Ossama Al Sarraf. After living in Kuwait, Cyprus, and Egypt, he moved to Montreal in 1996 to pursue mechanical engineering and business. While in university, he became immersed in Montreal nightlife and the house scene. A series of gigs DJing led to the release of his first track, "Primal Instinct". Sultan was signed to Chug Records in 2001. In 2004, Sultan starred in a documentary Being Osama which detailed his Christian Palestinian roots.
In 2002, after seeing Sultan DJing in Montreal, Ned Shepard gave Sultan a demo CD of music he had been working on. Sultan called Shepard the following morning and expressed an interest in producing together.
