Biography
Claude Kiambe, known professionally as Claude, is a dynamic Dutch singer with roots in Congo. He first gained prominence in 2019 when he participated in The Voice Kids and soon after won a record deal through the talent show Are You Next? sponsored by Cloud 9 Music and the music channel XITE. His multilingual abilities allow him to write music in Dutch, French, and English, reflecting his diverse cultural background.
Claude’s music career took off with his debut single “Ladada (Mon Dernier Mot)” released on October 21, 2022. This track quickly soared to success, achieving a number one spot on the Dutch Top 40 chart where it remained for six weeks. His follow-up singles include “Layla,” and he collaborated with Suzan & Freek on the song “Vas-y (Ga Maar).” In 2024, he released “Écoutez-Moi” and “Parler Français,” further establishing his place in the music industry.
Beyond his recording success, Claude has been recognized with several awards, including a 3FM Award for Best Newcomer.
