Ida-Lova Saga Lind, known professionally as Ida-Lova, is a Swedish singer and songwriter born on August 2, 2004, in Stockholm, Sweden. She is the daughter of television presenter, comedian, and actress Christine Meltzer and her husband Niclas Lind.
Ida-Lova gained national attention at the age of 13 when she performed a rendition of Kent’s “Utan dina andetag” at the Svenska Hjältar Gala (Swedish Heroes Gala) in 2017. This performance marked her breakthrough in the Swedish music scene. She later released her version of the song as a single.
She pursued her passion for music by studying at the Viktor Rydberg Upper Secondary School, known for its strong arts and music programs.

In 2023, she participated in Melodifestivalen, Sweden's national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest, performing the song “Låt hela stan se på,” which she co-wrote with Andreas "Giri" Lindbergh, Joy, and Linnea Deb. Although she did not advance to the final, her performance was well-received and showcased her talent to a broader audience.
