Digital Inc, a worldwide leader in the production and distribution of original and licensed digital content, announced today yet another exclusive live concert DVD agreement with one of Hollywood's most versatile and sought after performers, Macy Gray. Lee Kasper, Company President and CEO, made the announcement.
The agreement, made in association with Macy Gray Touring Inc., includes worldwide Broadcast, DVD and Internet rights to a live concert performance that will be shot on November 18, 2004 at the House of Blues in Las Vegas. The venue is currently being scouted so as to best showcase Macy's unique creative soulful style. The concert will be a multi-camera shoot utilizing the latest state-of-the-art high-definition recording equipment. The Company believes that the combined sales of this concert from Broadcast, DVD and the Internet are expected to generate revenues in excess of $700,000.

Macy Gray is the latest in an expanding catalog of high-profile musical superstars to enter digital production/distribution agreements with NuTech.
