Punk/Metalcore Band Illuminate Me Will Release Debut LP "I Have Become A Corpse"

New York, NY (Top40 Charts/ Tragic Hero Records) Illuminate Me is a 5-piece Punk/Metalcore act based across Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The band originated as a beginning studio project under the brothers, Chris and Corey Jacobsen, to work on mixing and writing. Christopher Murray (ex-Sailing With Ghosts) contacted the band after hearing their music online.

He added his own vocals to the recordings and after sending them to the group they knew they had found the right voice for their songs. The trio then released their debut EP titled Crawlspace digitally. This caught the attention of the South Florida music scene so the three decided to add more members and make it a full live band. Kevin Hatton and Anthony Burke then joined along and performed across all of Florida and the Southeastern states putting on a live show that would be deemed "intense" and "energetic" by their peers.

Their debut LP I Have Become a Corpse will be released on Tragic Hero Records and features some of the best guest vocalists in the business such as Garrett Rapp (The Color Morale), Jerry Roush (Glasscloud), and Landon Tewers (The Plot In You). You can catch Illuminate Me on tour throughout 2014.
